| Founded in 1968 by Mr. and Mrs. Raymond and Renate Scholz, Hallmark
Spa
& Pools, a division of Scholz Construction Company Inc., is the oldest and
largest pool and spa company in the Fayetteville area under the same ownership
and management. Their son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Sheila, are very
actively involved in the daily operation of the company. Mark, (Vice President)
is a licensed North Carolina General Contractor and a licensed pilot for
the company. Yvonne, their daughter works in bookkeeping. |

Hallmark Spa & Pools has been a long time member of the Association of Pool
& Spa Professionals. In addition to being a member, Raymond has served
on the board of directors and has served twice as the president of the Eastern
North Carolina Chapter.
He has also served on the Region 10 Council and the National Retail Council. Sheila (General Manager) has also served on the board of directors for the Eastern North Carolina Chapter, and has graduated from Top Gun, a prestigious spa technical school, located in California. |

Hallmark Spa & Pools is also a member of the Home Builder's Association,
the Chamber of Commerce, The Better Business Bureau, and has
been a member of the Association of the United States Army since
1982. |

Share the Power of a Wish
|
We take great pride in supporting our community. Every year, Hallmark Spa & Pools contributes thousands of dollars to several local public schools to support athletic programs. We have donated to the Arthritis Foundation along with other charities and scholarship funds. Our company donated and installed a swimming pool to grant a wish made by a little girl, through the Make-A-Wish Foundation
Again in 2004, Hallmark Spa & Pools donated and installed another above
ground swimming pool for a small boy, in Cumberland County, suffering
from a brain tumor, through Make-A-Wish Foundation.

When the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department sent out a request
for bids on the equipment for the new ballistic tanks, Hallmark Spa & Pools
contacted Hayward Pool Products. Between Hayward and Hallmark Spa & Pools,
all equipment, pumps, filters, underwater lights, and plumbing were donated,
free of charge. |

On May 14, 2001, Hallmark Spa & Pools was named an Aqua
Vantage Preferred Dealer. Of all participating Aqua Vantage Dealers
Nationwide, only 67 were recognized as Preferred Dealers.
